Clarify

1. "Fully AI-generated code without human contribution is not allowed."

Define human contribution, as it is not like AI is all there is to coding.

AI can only code that which it is prompt to do, thus if a code never existed before the human prompt it into existence, is AI merely now nothing more than a tool?

2. Can a participant on one team not acting as a advisor/coach, be such one another team, thus have two horses in the race?

3. Can more than one project be completed and submitted in the event?

    Hi Rodger,

We mentioned that fully AI-generated code w/o Human Contribution is not allowed to discourage participants who may be inclined to just write or use a single "hackathon" prompt and submit the application generated for the hackathon. We want participants to make truly awesome experiences, and that means that their unique knowledge and personality should show in the final product. We see AI as a tool that teams should utilize fully as best as they can using their skills in prompting, and in technology in general.

Participants cannot also be Coaches or Advisors to other Teams.

Teams are allowed to make multiple submissions, but judges will be looking at quality over quantity when considering teams for prizes.
Multiple submissions is not likely to increase your odds of winning prizes.
We recommend focusing on making one submission truly an awesome experience for the best odds of winning the hackathon.

    1. Respectfully:

"We want participants to make truly awesome experiences, and that means that their unique knowledge and personality should show in the final product"

What you said is technically agreeing with me without you realizing it, while at the same time equating it to a simple prompt as you stated earlier, which water down the quality of Prompt Engineering, which implies that not open to how far the boundaries can be pushed.

    2. Respectfully:

"Multiple submissions is not likely to increase your odds of winning prizes"

Not here for the prize, it is not exactly important US$5k, the intellect is of more value and the real value.

5 AI agents can be condensed into 3 at best, while they serve 1 MVP.

Selecting 1 is not a problem, but submitting 2 projects shows versatility and depth, after all, it is the business world we seek to serve.

    Hi Rodger,

Sorry if it was not clear, but I was agreeing with your statement on the first point.
The intention behind that rule was to avoid or disqualify submissions which were creating using a general "hackathon prompt" sourced from elsewhere, this would be one prompt fed to an AI agent which would produce the entire hackathon submission. Prompt Engineering, if coming from the team members participating, does count as human contribution.

I understand your perspective on the submissions of multiple projects, it is very much allowed, however, the perspective I was sharing was that submitting more projects is not weighted with preference during judging.
